  1. Check-in is at 12pm of the date of arrival. Renter must have vessel’s registration and a valid government-issued ID.
  2. If the vessel is in the water for 6 or more days, upon removal (for any reason) guest must have a AIS watercraft inspection. In the event of any Aquatic Invasive Species are detected a decontamination is required. For Nightly Transient Moorage, if an inspection is required, you will be scheduled one at check-in. 72-hours notice is required to schedule an inspection through Willow Beach Marina.   3. Each Monthly Slip renter is required to have a $300,000 Property, Bodily & Fuel Spill Liability insurance policy with LMNRA Guest Services LLC & the National Park Service named as additionally insured.

How long can I rent a transient side tie or end tie slip?

You can rent a transient side tie or end tie slip from one day up to fourteen days, each counted as twenty-four hours from twelve noon to twelve noon.

What is the cancellation policy for small watercraft reservations?

If you cancel at least seventy-two hours before your departure date, you avoid a cancellation penalty. Cancellations within seventy-two hours of your departure date result in the loss of your deposit, up to the one-day rental rate per vessel.

How are credit card authorization holds handled at check-in?

Willow Beach Harbor will preauthorize your credit card at check-in for an amount equal to a full day rental without tax.
